SPINNING

The spinning division uses of quality cotton to produce high quality yarn for cotton and blends. We are using the finest combed cotton yarn for our products.

KNITTING

We are procuring our fabrics from the Hi-Tech imported latest generation high speed knitting machineries, that help us to produce good quality fabric in a minimalistic time.

DYEING

We are dyeing the fabric by world class soft-flow machines with fully computerised and automatic colour dispensing system for accurate shade matching. Fabric Sueding is done for super soft touch experience.

COMPACTING

Finishing is done using Hi-Tech imported compacting machines for both open width and tubular fabrics.

PRINTING

We bring out variety of printing quality with including Pigment, High Density, Discharge, Non-Pvc, Flock, Glitter print, Foil, Sublimation, Transfer stickers and Much more.

EMBROIDERY

Well Sewn Embroidery motif adds value to a garment. We have new imported computerized embroidery machines that gives fine embroidery quality details of designs and productivity.

GARMENTING :

Quality assured products manufactured in accordance to industry standards.
Skilled teams to monitor, co-ordinate and control all process including Knitting, Dyeing, Washing, Printing, Embroidery and Various other surface embellishments.
Well-equipped sampling department with Skilled Operators and Technicians.
Intensive Pre-Production planning and increase efficiency.
Closely planned and monitored manufacturing process that assures quality output in a timely manner.
We use garment accessories from Buyer nominated trimming suppliers.

INSPECTION

Pre-Production Inspection: During the Pre-Production phase, Raw materials should be tested before entering production.
Inline Inspection: Additional Inspections should take place during various stages of production.
Online Inspection: Its consist of inspecting finished garments from the Buyers point of view.
Final inspection: It occur before/ after garments are packed in poly bags and carton boxes. If it is done after garments packed, then proper size and style markings on the package can also we checked.
We have implement Buyers required AQL quality and standards.
